Rio Caribe cocoa comes from a town located northeast from Venezuela, in the Paria peninsule. This variety is the ideal blend between the delicate western creole cocoa and the strong and robust forastero from the Amazonas. With a big and filled nut, it also posseses an intense cocoa flavor that lingers in your mouth for a while.
